At the heart of my supervision work, much like my client work, is the therapeutic relationship between us.
Supported by my training in the Seven Eyed and IDM models of supervision I focus on my supervisee’s well-being alongside their clinical and developmental needs in a collaborative and humanistic way.
My supervision training also included specific training in the supervision of those working with clients online and by telephone and I am able to offer clinical supervision not just to counsellors and therapists, but to other professionals such as teaching and nursing staff.
I have worked with trainee and experienced counsellors who have/are working in the voluntary, educational, charity, and private sectors, supporting their work with clients of all ages. As an experienced young person & adult counsellor who works integratively and enjoys using creativity in my sessions this becomes part of my supervision where appropriate.
