What methods of therapy do you provide?
I offer face to face, telephone and online sessions via a secure platform and am happy to discuss the options with you.
.What happens next?
After a brief discussion on the phone we will arrange an initial, no obligation, consultation session.
It’s an opportunity for us to meet, discuss your needs and goals of therapy and decide whether you feel I am the Counsellor for you and if you would like to work with me. A parent or carer will be required to attend for part of this initial session for all young people under 18.
How long does a counselling session last?
A standard session is 50 minutes.
How long will I need counselling for and how often should I come?
Counselling sessions are usually weekly or fortnightly, although there can be some flexibility around this. During our initial session we will discuss what your aims are, be that the chance to explore a specific issue or the opportunity to seek deeper change.
How much do sessions cost and how do I pay?
The fee for a Monday – Friday day time session is £45.00. Evening (6pm onwards) and weekend sessions are £55.00.
I offer a limited number of concession appointments from my office or via the telephone/zoom each week at a reduced fee – please ask for details.
Unless otherwise agreed payment is due during or before the session, either by cash, bank transfer or paypal.
