What methods of therapy do you provide?
I offer face to face*, telephone and online sessions via a secure platform and am happy to discuss the options with you.
*Face to face sessions are currently limited due to the pandemic.
What happens next?
After a brief discussion on the phone we will arrange an initial, no obligation, consultation session. The fee for this is £40.00.
It’s an opportunity for us to meet, discuss your needs and goals of therapy and decide whether you feel I am the Counsellor for you and if you would like to work with me. A parent or carer will be required to attend for part of this initial session for all young people under 18.
How long does a counselling session last?
A standard session is 50 minutes however I can offer 90-minute sessions if required.
How long will I need counselling for and how often should I come?
Counselling sessions are usually weekly, although there can be some flexibility around this. During our initial session we will discuss what your aims are, be that the chance to explore a specific issue or the opportunity to seek deeper change.
How much do sessions cost and how do I pay?
The standard fee for a 50-minute session starts from £40.00, depending on the time and location.
I offer a limited number of concession appointments from my office or via the telephone/zoom each week at a reduced fee of £30.00 – please ask for details.
Unless otherwise agreed payment is due during or before the session, either by cash, bank transfer or paypal.
